Introducing: A new way to learn with CAA Insurance
We are excited to introduce our new online training platform, created to support you – our CAA Broker partners. This platform, called the Learning Management System or LMS, will streamline training registration, training sessions and the assessment process, all in one convenient place.
LMS Benefits and Features
There are many great features and benefits of this new learning platform, including:
- Access to our suite of learning modules that, over time, will provide educational, technical, business, health and wellness and marketing insights training.
- Quick and easy access to our training catalogue, where you can register for live sessions or access online, self-paced modules.
- All of your learning transcripts will be saved for you to access at any time.
Training Options:
Beginning the first week in April, the following training sessions will be available:
Product, Sales and System (Guidewire) Training: We will continue to offer live, online sessions on a regular basis. But starting in April, you will be able to browse our training calendar in LMS to see upcoming session dates and register for the training you require.
Once you’ve attended the live session, you will receive an email advising that you have an assessment to complete. Log into LMS to complete the assessment, where a result of 75% or higher is considered a passing grade.
Broker Marketing Academy – Marketing Adventures: Online, self-paced modules will soon be available, covering an array of marketing topics. These modules can be taken on demand and completed at your own pace whenever you’re ready. More courses will be added on a regular basis.
Please keep an eye out for an email from broker_learning@caasco.ca, which will contain your unique credentials to access the Learning Management System. You can expect to receive this email during the first week of April.
