2017 Starlight Insurance Gala
The 23rd Annual Starlight Insurance Gala took place on Saturday May 6, 2017. As a proud sponsor, CAA Insurance and Broker Partners participated in the insurance industry’s most talked about event of the year. The who’s who of the Canadian P&C Insurance industry were united for an opportunity to fulfill the dreams and wishes of seriously ill and hospitalized children.
This year’s gala evening was a great success, raising over $240,000 from donations to help the continued efforts of the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Since it began in 1994, the Starlight Insurance Gala has raised over $4 million for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, bringing vital support to critically ill children and their families in the hours of greatest need. The annual event has fulfilled 1,000 wishes, and placed 100 Fun Centres in pediatric wards across Ontario. Industry sponsors, ticket purchasers, donors, guests and the many volunteers and committee members have made a difference in the lives of seriously ill children
